As an independent nail tech, my cancellation and no-show policy is in place to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service. If you no-show for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Additionally, any no-show fees must be paid in full before you can rebook another appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals; anything past the grace period will result in modifications to appointment or cancellation if modifications cannot be made. Some cancellations may be except to deposit paid while booking. This policy helps me manage my schedule effectively and accommodate all clients fairly.
